Gordian Labs CSS Diff (beta)
This tool will parse and compare two W3C compliant Cascading Style Sheets and show the content differences between them.

You can specify the CSS files to be diff-ed either via publicly accessible URLs or upload them:

The purpose of this tool is to analyze two CSS files; reporting on the actual differences between the two files, while ignoring irrelevant differences such as formatting and file position. This tool was created to help with the merging of CSS files that had diverged through branching or neglect. It is also well suited to look for redundant, overlapping selectors between otherwise different files. We have found it quite useful and thought we would make it available to the world at large.
